Welcome Welcome to our new domain! FEBRUARY 2004 Show Results Jolie won her class of 6 to 9 month old Bitches at the Kalamazoo Kennel Club Sanctioned Match. JUNE 2004 Roadtrip! Jolie has completed the road trip and moved down to Virginia. To follow the trip, please visit the Photo Page and click on Jolies pictures. She bonded instantly with Hal Satterfield and will be his Jr Showmanship dog and the Family's obedience and agility dog. Virtual Sheltie Show Jolie was not entered in the VSS due to an error in the VSS manager's control. I am sorry to everyone who thought she was going to be entered, it was not my fault... The boys and one of Belle made it in but I dont know why - their format was the same as Jolie's ... Thanks for supporting Jolie, better luck another time. Belle was entered in her very first AKC agility show on September 11th and 12th. She recieved First Place in Novice Standard on Saturday - her very first time in an AKC agility trial. The other runs were close, but none of the others qualified. We are still VERY proud of our girl! Go Belle! Belle was entered in her very first NADAC agility show on April 9th, 2005. She recieved 3 First Places in Novice Classes (2 regular standard, 1 jumpers). JULY 2005 New Title Belle earned her CGC July 11th through the Capitol Area Humane Society. AUGUST 2005 Show Results! Belle was entered in another NADAC agility show on August 28th, 2005. She recieved 3 First Places in Novice Classes (1 regular standard, 1 jumpers, 1 tunnelers). From those runs, she recieved a qualifying leg in Tunnelers. We intend on returning in the fall to get more qualifying runs. To see more of her agility results, please visit her Agility Page. SEPTEMBER 2005 Wedding Well, its finally happened. Kelly and Derrick finally tied the knot on September 10th. It was a beautiful day and lots of photos were taken, they will added to the site probably in October. Thank you all for your support. Webcam This was one of the wedding gifts. It has been set up in the computer room to run 24/7 whenever our internet is working. (Note: please bear with us, there is construction on Okemos Road and a few times this month they have broken cable and phone lines). She had 4 males and 1 female on Sept 25th. Mom and babies are doing well, all puppies are spoken for, including one of the puppies arriving in Michigan in mid November. You can view pictures from her Page. October 2005 Show Results! Belle was entered in another NADAC agility show on October 1st and 2nd, 2005. This was our first "weekend" show. We went down to Ohio on Saturday, ran 5 runs and stayed the night in a motel, and ran 5 runs on Sunday and came home. I would say the weekend was a success. We earned a standard1, jumpers, and tunnelers qualifying run on Saturday (Standard1=1st place, Standard2=1st, Jumpers=1st, Tunnelers=3rd, Weavers=1st). On Sunday, we finished our tunnelers title and also recieved another jumpers leg (all but our TouchNGo run had a first place, TouchNGo was no placement) . So now, Belle has earned her TN-N NADAC title. YAY!!! To see more of her agility results, please visit her Agility Page. You can view the albums: HERE for birth to 1 month or HERE for 1 month to 2 months of age November 2005 New Arrival Tigger has arrived from Virginia. He is a real sweet heart and we are working on creating a page for him, so please forgive us. We brought him and his brother Kole back, and Kole is now living with Sherri Nester of Falmist Shelties in Ohio. Her page is in our link section, check it out :) This little guy is a great pup and I can not wait to participate in events with him! Thank you so much to Jo Satterfield for breeding Jolie and raising a beautiful litter! April 2006 Show Results! Belle was entered in another NADAC agility show on April 8th and 9th, 2006. This was our first show of the season/year. Because of it being the first show and unpredictable weather, I only entered 3 runs/day (2 Regular, 1 Jumpers each day). Saturday was very close on all three runs and we went home with 2 first places and 1 very close second place, none of the runs qualified though. Sunday, we had 3 first places, and 1 qualifying run in Jumpers - this earned Belles NJC title! We are very proud of our girl and are super excited about what the rest of the season will bring! |
